TST. FROM ROUTINE MRI TO DEVASTATION: PRAY FOR 7-YEAR-OLD ABIGAIL

A few days ago, a family walked into a routine MRI, and walked out devastated.

A brain tumor.

Her dad says it’s about the size of an egg, and in a part of her brain that cannot be operated on.

Abigail is 7 years old. Today, she’s back home.

Smiling. Resting. Surrounded by family.

Her dad shared this:

“There have been lots of tears over the last 24 hours…”

And you can feel that. Because now, they wait.

They wait on biopsy results. They wait to understand what they’re facing. They wait to find out what comes next.

And in that waiting, he’s holding onto this:

“God has not forgotten us.”

Their strong faith in the face of uncertainty.

“I stretch out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land.”

That’s where they are.

A family asking for clarity. For strength. For more time with their little girl who, in his words, brings so much beauty into this world.

If you’ve ever been in a place where all you could do was wait and trust, what helped you hold onto your faith?

And please leave Abigail uplifting words she can smile about. 💜
