sz. Matt Kalil is suing his ex-wife Haley Baylee for saying that the size of his penis ended their marriage

Matt Kalil, the former NFL offensive lineman, has taken legal action against his ex-wife, Haley Baylee, after her viral comments about his penis size went public.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday and reported by TMZ, claims Baylee’s remarks have caused Kalil unwanted public attention and emotional distress for both him and his family.

Haley Kalil reveals reason marriage to Matt Kalil ended — intimacy struggles

In November 2025, Baylee, 33, made the claims during a Twitch livestream, stating that Kalil’s anatomy was “the biggest factor” in their 2022 divorce. Kalil, 36, contends that her “degrading and deeply personal comments” led to invasive scrutiny from the public, as well as disturbing messages directed at his new wife, Keilani Asmus.

The lawsuit details and claims

Kalil’s suit seeks damages exceeding $75,000 and cites invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment. The claim argues Baylee benefited financially from the viral attention and increased traffic to her social media and online platforms following her comments.

According to the lawsuit, the statements have caused reputational harm and personal discomfort for Kalil’s family.

The former NFL star emphasized that the public scrutiny has extended beyond himself, impacting those closest to him, particularly his current wife.

Baylee responded to the lawsuit in a statement to Page Six, expressing shock and hurt over the filing. “The truth is in the original livestream – which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account,” she said. “I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.”

She also noted the livestream discussed far more than the comments now being highlighted, including the depth of their relationship and the love shared during their marriage.

Viral aftermath and public attention

The controversy intensified after Baylee described Kalil’s anatomy as “like .01 percent of the population,” sparking widespread online discussion.

The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model stressed that only a fragment of her hour-and-a-half-long conversation has been amplified by social media, skewing the public narrative.

Kalil and Baylee met after he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012 and married in Hawaii in 2015. The marriage ended in May 2022 when Baylee filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Now, three years later, the dispute has reignited in the public eye due to her viral livestream comments and Kalil’s resulting lawsuit.

As the case moves forward, it highlights the complex intersection of celebrity, privacy, and social media in the modern age – and raises questions about how far viral moments can legally impact personal lives.
