Armando Saenz first began his battle with cancer in 2021. Part of his jaw was removed and replaced with his leg bone.
Recently pain returned and climbed to an excruciating level resulting in him being hospitalized from December 21st to present day. While in the hospital, 5 masses have been discovered. Because of the complications of cancer and where the masses are located, Armando has lost a lot of his mobility.
The 2 masses near his spine were surgically removed. Post surgery, the doctors wanted Armando to begin physical and occupational therapy to regain some of his mobility. Unfortunately during therapy his femur was fractured in a vulnerable area. His femur was fragile due to a large mass eating part of the bone.
Armando will be transferred to Houston to resume his care with a team of specialists but his family needs help to be with him, comfort him, and continue with his medical journey.
