We have been thrilled to have many good moments of wakefulness with Miller over the past few days. Times when we can talk, joke, laugh, and even cry.. together. 
Our priority is that he feels comfortable, loved, and safe.
Thank you to all of our family and friends who are not letting us do this alone. We’re beyond blessed by you all.
The Oklahoma Sooners have been in contact and have reached out in many incredible ways. We thank you all so much. Miller is set on watching the Sooners win on Friday, and among his other wishes, to turn fifteen on Saturday. For his birthday he has asked to hear the stories of a WWII veteran, meet Baron von games, have dad’s brisket for dinner and a chocolate moose cake from LaBaguette. So we are working on all of that! As I was told today by a member of his team, we are cautiously optimistic that we will make much of that happen and will celebrate his birthday on Saturday.
