SAT . THREE GENERATIONS. ONE TOWN. ONE LEGACY — THE REID FAMILY KEEPS THE HARMONY ALIVE

In 1955, in a small church in Staunton, Harold Reid and Don Reid began singing gospel together — never imagining they would become The Statler Brothers.
They went on to tour with Johnny Cash, win Grammys, and earn a place in the Country Music Hall of Fame — all while staying rooted in their hometown.
Their legacy didn’t end there.
The next generation, Wilson Fairchild — Wil and Langdon Reid — carried the sound forward. And now, a third generation rises: Jack Reid and Davis Reid, continuing the harmony their grandfathers began nearly 70 years ago.
In 2026, all three generations came together for The Statler Experience tour — sharing one stage, one name, one unmistakable sound.
While many chase fame in Nashville, the Reids stayed home.
Same town. Same bloodline. Same harmony.
A legacy not just remembered —
but still being sung.
