SAT . The Strength in Jax’s Smile ❤️

There are moments when a tiny child can amaze you in ways words can’t fully describe.

Jax has been battling on-and-off fevers, while his little kidneys are still struggling. Because of that, doctors won’t allow ibuprofen, so he’s only taking Tylenol. But as soon as the medicine wears off, the fever returns.

For any mother, one of the hardest things is watching your child feel sick and not being able to fix it right away.

Still, there’s a bit of good news.
So far, all of Jax’s lab results have come back normal. Doctors say it could be teething, even though fevers this high aren’t typical. But Jax has never really followed the rule book — he’s their little “medical anomaly.”

And through it all… he still smiles.
Surrounded by IV lines, monitors, and machines, this 9-month-old baby still finds a way to laugh.

Because sometimes, strength doesn’t look big or powerful.
Sometimes, it looks like a tiny baby who refuses to stop smiling.

So proud of you, Jax. ❤️
