A heartfelt message from a family in Oneida is touching many hearts as they ask for prayers for their loved one serving far from home.
Giana Simzer, a dedicated sailor in the United States Navy, is currently deployed in the Middle East aboard a naval ship, carrying out her mission alongside fellow service members.
Her sister, Gabriella Simzer, recently shared an emotional message asking the public to keep the crew in their prayers.
“I just wanted to ask everybody to say a little prayer for my sister and her shipmates as they are on deployment. With everything going on right now, everyone deserves a prayer to come back home to their families safe and sound. I am so beyond proud of you, Giana Simzer. You are doing great. I love you so much.”
