LS ‘🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tom Homan Confirms DHS Investigating Ilhan Omar for Immigration Fraud’ LS

In a stunning revelation, former Border Czar Tom Homan has confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is actively investigating Congresswoman Ilhan Omar for immigration fraud. According to Homan, there is significant merit to the accusations that Omar married her own brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, to help him gain U.S. citizenship.
“We’re pulling the records. I’m running it down this week,” Homan stated, emphasizing that he has been personally advised by a top fraud investigator on the case. Homan also revealed that the investigator, whom he personally knows as one of the best fraud experts in the field, reviewed the case file and concluded that immigration fraud was indeed involved.
The investigation centers around Omar’s 2009 legal marriage to Elmi, her alleged brother. This marriage has long been controversial, with rumors circulating since 2016 that it was part of an immigration scheme. Somali community leader Abdihakim Osman, a friend of Omar’s first and third husbands, confirmed the allegations. Osman stated that Omar herself admitted to marrying Elmi in order to provide him with “papers” so that he could attend school in the United States. He also claimed that the marriage was a “well-known scam” within Minneapolis’ Somali community.
The accusations have raised serious questions about Omar’s integrity and her actions. Critics, including former President Donald Trump, have repeatedly questioned Omar’s immigration history, suggesting that she may have entered the U.S. illegally and used fraudulent means to obtain citizenship for Elmi.
Omar, however, has vigorously denied the allegations, calling them “absurd and offensive.” She claims the accusations are politically motivated, fueled by racism and Islamophobia. In a 2016 statement, Omar detailed her marital history but did not directly address the claims about her brother. She has also pointed to a 2020 FBI review under the Biden administration, which cleared her of any wrongdoing.
The timeline of Omar’s marriages has only added to the controversy. She married Ahmed Hirsi in 2002, but the couple separated in 2008. In 2009, she legally married Elmi, but the couple separated in 2011. Omar did not file for divorce from Elmi until 2017, and she reconciled with Hirsi in 2011. Omar married Hirsi legally in 2018, and they divorced in 2019. Omar’s current husband is Tim Mynett, a political consultant whom she married in 2020.
While federal charges for immigration fraud have not yet been filed, the investigation continues, and many are watching closely as more details emerge. Investigations into the allegations, including deleted social media posts from 2012 where Elmi referred to Omar’s daughter as his “niece,” have added fuel to the fire.
As the investigation proceeds, the question remains: Will Ilhan Omar face legal consequences, or will these accusations remain unproven?
