ST.BREAKING: Karoline Leavitt gets publicly CALLED OUT by her nephew’s family after she refuses to lift a finger to help her nephew’s mother avoid deportation!
White House Secretary of Lying Karoline Leavitt has reportedly made no effort to help or any contact at all after the mother of her brother’s son, Bruna Ferreira, was swept up in ICE’s dragnet.
Ferreira’s sister, Graziela Dos Santos Rodrigues, told the media that Leavitt has been completely radio silent after Ferreira petitioned her for help.
“If she were to help in any way, if she were willing to do anything to help us, she would have reached out by now. She has my phone number. We’ve been family for the last 13 years,” Dos Santos Rodrigues said.
“I understand the policies and how it looks. But I also think when it comes to family, you put certain things aside. I don’t care who you work for.”
“This is your nephew’s mother. … It’s a little devastating that nothing has been done or said,” she added.
To make matters worse, Ferreira’s ex Michael Leavitt and their father Bob Leavitt have called Dos Santos Rodrigues and told her to tell her sister that she should just self-deport.
“They just kept saying, ‘Tell her to self-deport,’” she said. “Self-deport to where? Brazil is not her home.”
The poor child is devastated at the loss of his mother.
“He needs his mom home,” Dos Santos Rodrigues said. “He’s always asking, ‘When’s my mom coming home? Will she be home for Thanksgiving? Will she be home for Christmas?’”
