SAT . When you look at his face… your heart doesn’t just melt—it holds on.

This is Truman.

And right now, he needs us.

A message came in asking for prayers while he’s in surgery at this very moment—and it wasn’t something I could scroll past. Because Truman isn’t just any little boy.

He’s a fighter.

Born with Down syndrome, Truman has already endured more than most people face in a lifetime. Heart surgery. Medical battles. Uncertainty. And yet—through it all—he’s remained full of light, full of life, full of something that reaches right into your soul when you see him.

Today, he’s back in the operating room.

This time, doctors are performing a complex intestinal surgery—one filled with risks. His mother shared the reality no parent ever wants to say out loud: there’s a chance he may face lifelong complications… even struggle with something as basic as using the restroom.

And still, in the middle of fear, she asks for just one thing:

“Please pray with us—that just as God performed a miracle on Truman’s heart, He will do it again… this time in his intestines.”

Right now—while machines beep and surgeons work—say his name.

Truman.

Pray for steady hands.
Pray for zero complications.
Pray for complete healing.
Pray for a future where hospitals become a memory—not a routine.

Because when you look at that face…

You don’t see a diagnosis.
You don’t see limits.

You see a little boy worth every prayer, every hope, every fight.

🙏 Drop a prayer for Truman below. His family will read them—every single one—and feel they are not alone in this moment.
