LDL. Update on Hunter — Evening Report

A short while ago, family members were able to go back and see Hunter. He is alert and responsive, but he is experiencing significant pain.

Medical staff have administered his prescribed pain medication, along with a muscle relaxer and Lyrica to help manage nerve-related discomfort. He is also scheduled to receive Trazodone to help him rest. The care team is working to keep him as comfortable as possible while closely monitoring his condition.

There is specific concern tonight regarding pain control and the prevention of any additional arterial bleeding. His blood pressure and heart rate are currently within normal ranges — an encouraging sign that he is stable despite the discomfort.

Hunter will remain in Room 32 in the emergency department overnight. He is scheduled to go to surgery in the morning, where doctors will address the next phase of treatment.

The family is deeply grateful for the continued support and prayers. They are asking specifically for:

• Immediate and effective pain relief
• Protection from any further arterial bleeding overnight
• Stable vital signs through the night
• Strength and steady hands for the surgical team in the morning

These hours before surgery can feel long, but stability is a blessing. Thank you to everyone who continues to lift Hunter up in prayer and stand alongside his family during this difficult time.
