RHOSLC star Heather Gay reveals she has undergone $200k in cosmetic procedures: ‘Worth every penny’

The 51-year-old reality star – who is known for appearing on The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City – got candid about the topic during an interview with Bustle published on Wednesday.

Last year, fans reacted to the TV personality’s ‘new face’ after she admitted to using Ozempic to shed weight.
Heather – who is the co-owner of Beauty Lab + Laser – explained that she began getting Botox when she was in her 30s and now gets the procedure ‘quarterly.’
‘I also get filler, facials, and laser hair removal,’ she stated, as well as a collagen stimulator called Sculptra.
The treatment includes ‘big long needles on your face’ and while Heather shared it is ‘intense,’ she expressed that it is ‘just a filler stimulant.’

She also broke down the cost for Sculptra alone and told the outlet, ‘Sculptra is $800 to $1,000 for a vial, and some people get four to six vials. It can cost around $4,000 per treatment.’
Heather started to get lip fillers seven years earlier and will undergo the procedure only once or twice a year.
‘The standard treatment is $600. If I did pay for my treatments at Beauty Lab, my bill would be $11,912 for the year so far – but we have some Beauty Labbers who are there twice a week, and spend upwards of $8,000 a month.’
Before her time on The Real Housewives franchise – which began in 2020 – Heather had also undergone two nose jobs, with the second being a ‘corrective surgery.’
The mom-of-three said that she wanted a third nose job but her surgeon advised her not to do so due to scar tissue.
The second nose job as well as a blepharoplasty – which is also known as eyelid surgery – cost her around $14,500 for both.
Heather also discussed her ‘mommy makeover’ when she was married to Frank William ‘Billy’ Gay III. The pair tied the knot in 2000 but their divorce was finalized in 2014.
At the time, the TV personality had both ‘a tummy tuck and a boob job’ – and explained her ex-husband had ‘wanted me to get it, and he paid for it.’

Heather also got candid about the pricing for the previous surgeries and stated, ‘I think the tummy tuck was probably 18 to 20 grand, and the boob job was 8 to 12 grand.
‘But the prices have gone way up – it’s now around 40 grand for a mommy makeover.’
The California native then revealed she has dropped 30 pounds after using both Ozempic and Mounjaro.
‘If my weight goes up, I just go on it for a week or two. That costs around $500 a month, but at some places, it’s $1,200 a month.’
She reflected on her ‘fourth season glow-up’ where she lost weight and also got $30,000 veneers.
‘Before my glow-up, I didn’t realize the currency of beauty, or how I was perceived. I think that I was more self-deprecating and less threatening beforehand.’
Heather later added that ‘there should be no shame in people wanting to change the way they look.’
However, the reality star noted that ‘that the standard of beauty has become more and more artificial for women’ – especially when it comes to appearing on television.

‘Everyone has perfect teeth, lashes, and hair. It’s what I call the required uniform of a Housewife – and as you become more of a Housewife, it becomes more entrenched.’
She further admitted to Bustle, ‘Counting all of the things I’ve had done, I’m probably $200,000 into my physical appearance – and it was worth every penny.’
Heather first shared in 2023 that she used Ozempic to drop pounds, and expressed last year that she was still being ‘shamed’ about her appearance.
‘I’ve been shamed for just about everything and anything,’ she told E! News. ‘I got shamed for being overweight and I got shamed for being on medication. So, you can’t win.’
The media personality also stated she still feels the ‘same’ while adding, ‘I feel like I liked myself then, I like myself now. It’s just Ozempic became available and it worked for me.’
