2S. Amazing news: Brantley is back! Wonderful news for 13-year-old Brantley Simpson!
I bring you good news this morning for 13-year-old Brantley Simpson of Elrod, AL.
The 8th grader at Sipsey Valley Middle School (classmate and friend of Will Roberts) is making progress just 3 weeks after being injured in an ATV accident.

It was December 23rd when Brantley suffered skull fractures, facial fractures and a brain bleed.
Brantley was unconscious and on a ventilator for days, but Brantley’s mom gave me Good News yesterday.

“Brantley is doing so much better,” Kasey told me.
“He’s off the ventilator, walking, talking and eating. He’s joking with the family and telling us he wants to go home.”
Brantley will be held at Children’s of Alabama for a few more days as doctors and nurses make sure Brantley’s blood thinners are on track.

“We hope to go home on Wednesday,” said Kayla.
Let’s all send our best to Brantley and his family.

Let’s tell the family members we’re rooting for them.
